A Fine Weekend Indeed!

Every October, a group of friends gather along the chilly shores of the Yakima River in Central Washington. We make the journey in order to share stories, fishing, families, and general camaraderie. It’s hard to explain the event that has become known as “Burning Pram”. It can be best summed up as “The Greatest Night in Fly Fishing”. It’s an event that is “fueled by creativity and passion rather than $$$”.

Most importantly, this year’s event provided me with a much needed lifting of the spirits.

Below are a few selected images from the weekend. If you want to see more you can check out the 3D slide show here.

And for a couple of different perspectives,

Check out the wonderful photography on Dave's blog

And a short video from Paul

I'm already looking forward to next year.

Gary,
great time, so glad you continue to be a part of it. The shot of Gus is still my favorite..shows all the drunken debauchery that is BP ;)

Gary, great view of BP.You are a very integral part of the whole weekend. When I first saw the picture of Jon in the bushes I thought he was retrieving his errant cast. Then I saw the camera. Tim
